There is no specific dress code. Feel free to dress up as your favourite Madagascar Characters! It’s not uncommon for kids to dress up to our shows.

Seating is allocated at the time of ticket purchase. Accessible seating options are available for those who need accessible seating.

Generally not but each venue is different. You will be able to purchase food & drinks in the foyer area.

Yes each venue will have parking at or around the venue. For more information please find more details about the respective venue in relation to the location of the Show.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show starts to allow time for parking, ticket collection, and seating.

All ticket sales are final but if you have a genuine reason then you may apply for a refund or exchange with the ticketing provider that you purchased from.

Yes, there are areas to take photos, purchase merchandise, and even a Madagascar activity book that can be purchased before or after the show.

The show is suitable for all ages. Madagascar the Musical is loved by kids and adults bringing the film everyone knows and love to life on stage. Come by and have a great time.
